Visit us at: www.OdysseyLogistics.com/careers About the Job The position of Compensation Manager will have the primary responsibility of implementing, administering, and maintaining compensation programs that support the company's compensation philosophy, objectives, and local practices. The Compensation Manager collaborates with the HR Business Partners to provide support and expertise with respect to compensation, job evaluation, job design, and organizational architecture. The Compensation Manager ensures the equitable application of standards by conducting research, analysis and providing reports and recommendations to various stakeholders. The Compensation Manager acts as an internal consultant and is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of responsibilities outlined below in accordance with our values and strategic objectives.
