Pay: $17 per hour

Shift Details:



  • Weekend Hours: 1st shift hours, 12-hour shifts, Friday-Sunday (Work 36 get paid for 40!)
  • Training Hours: Weekday shift, Monday-Friday



As a Production Line Operator, you will be responsible for efficiently and safely operating the production line with minimal supervision. You'll work to meet deadlines and production goals, assist in assigning tasks to Purlin Line Helpers, and communicate with the supervisor to ensure all tasks are completed on time. Teamwork and maintaining a smooth workflow are essential.

Job Requirements:



  • 1-2+ years of consistent job history (no significant gaps in employment)
  • 2+ years of Machine Operator experience (CNC or similar preferred)
  • Flexible availability
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently lift heavy items (50-100 pounds)
