Reach Truck Operator

• Report to the rack supervisor and work within the rack department.
• Follow replenishment routes assigned by the lead or supervisor, ensuring open tasks remain below the threshold.
• Operate High Reach (certification required) and use Zebra Gun to replenish level 1 box pick locations to support Just-in-time delivery.
• Decant boxes fully into level 1 locations, scanning each box label to ensure accurate placement.
• Remove all shrink wrap, straps, and bands when decanting pallets to ensure location accuracy.
• Reprint and apply non-scannable labels and escalate to the lead for supplier non-compliance submission.
• Support rack WIP put away from the staging zone if no open tasks are assigned.

• One year of related expereince.
• High Reach certification required.
• Ability to operate Zebra Gun for task assignments and replenishment. Steel toe shoes required.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure proper scanning and placement of inventory.
• Ability to reprint and apply labels as needed, with an understanding of supplier compliance processes.
• Flexibility to support additional tasks as required, including rack WIP put away.
