Staffmark is looking for an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team in Fullerton, CA. Pay: $21 - $25 per hour (DOE) Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday Responsibilities: Perform basic accounting functions, including processing purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices. Handle online banking tasks such as bill payments and deposits. Utilize accounting software, similar to QuickBooks (specific software used: DMSI/Agility for the lumber industry). Maintain accurate data entry and manage financial records. Work with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PDFs for correspondence and reporting.
