Data Entry Specialist

The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for inputting and/or uploading key data into our proprietary enterprise system. Data entry specialists will ensure accurate data is inputted into system to ensure the operational team can action the data

Received data from various sources to include our federal client and accurately enters data into enterprise system.
• Accurately input large volumes of data into enterprise system.
• Update existing records or transactions, accordingly.
• Aggregate data and/or pull data reports.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to minimize errors and ensure data integrity.
• Works and interfaces with the operational Team and the technology team to troubleshoot issues.

• Strong/accurate data entry skills and 1+ years' experience working in an enterprise system
• Intermediate excel skills
• Detailed and dependable
• 1+ years' experience with technology or applications that houses large data sets
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• HSPD-12 PIV Credential Tier 1
• National Agency Check and Inquiries-NACI Clearance
• Ability to pass a drug test; will be subject to random drug testing throughout employment
