Description As a Senior Customer & Market Insights Analyst, you will be instrumental in providing actionable insights that inform our US market strategy and commercialization efforts. You will analyze complex data from multiple sources, generate actionable insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide decision-making processes that impact our portfolio, spanning all franchises. You have a track-record in conducting in-depth market research, partnering with external vendors, you are a data-driven storyteller that turns findings into intelligence for your stakeholders, you lead complex and cross-functional projects, to ultimately drive business impact. You will shape the Customer & Market insights practice by sharing what good looks like, engaging, and influencing stakeholders and upskilling junior team members.
