As a Software Engineering Manager, you will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of software engineers and product analysts to build and enhance our Customer Data Platform. You will combine strong technical expertise with a strategic product mindset to drive innovation, deliver impactful solutions, and maximize the platform's value. Your leadership will foster a culture of creativity, collaboration and continuous improvement. We're looking for a Manager who has experience in Software Engineering and Product Management.

    • Use your industry knowledge, experience and expertise to generate and execute on ideas that unlock the platforms full potential.

    • Lead, inspire and mentor a talented team of software engineers and product analysts to bring innovative and bold ideas to life, providing real-world impact.

    • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define product vision that aligns with business objectives and strategy.

    • Create a culture where software quality, performance and resiliency are core tenants of all that is built.

    • Administer human resource-related activities including timely performance and salary reviews and ensure all subordinates adhere to human resources policies and practices.

  • What it Takes:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

    • Minimum 5 years of related work experience.

    • Proven experience in software development and product management.

    • Strong leadership, team management and problem-solving skills.

    • In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.

    • Ability to communicate, both written and presentation, to appropriate audiences.

    • Knowledge of the insurance industry preferred.
