As a Software Engineering Manager, you will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of software engineers and product analysts to build and enhance our Customer Data Platform. Contribute: As a Software Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the software development lifecycle. In this role, you will: Use your industry knowledge, experience and expertise to generate and execute on ideas that unlock the platforms full potential. Lead, inspire and mentor a talented team of software engineers and product analysts to bring innovative and bold ideas to life, providing real-world impact. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define product vision that aligns with business objectives and strategy. Create a culture where software quality, performance and resiliency are core tenants of all that is built. Administer human resource-related activities including timely performance and salary reviews and ensure all subordinates adhere to human resources policies and practices. What it Takes: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum 5 years of related work experience. Proven experience in software development and product management. Strong leadership, team management and problem-solving skills. In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices. Ability to communicate, both written and presentation, to appropriate audiences. Knowledge of the insurance industry preferred.
