CNC Turret Punch Press Set Up/Operator Produces sheet metal parts by setting up and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) Turret Punch Press. Requirements include: Ability to Set up and Operate CNC Punch Press; Knowledge of turret punch press tooling, how to change & maintain; Experience with material loading automation; Proficiency using precision measuring tools; Comfortable working in fast paced environment; Work well with engineering and fellow operators. Job Duties include: Set up and Operate CNC Punch Press to cut sheet metal parts; Check accuracy of work using blueprint and precision measuring tools; Work from blueprints, rough sketches, and customer samples; Locate and move raw material with pallet jack, forklift, or by hand; Shake out and prepare parts for next operation; Keep raw material inventory; Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean working environment.
