Job Description: Medical Technologist (MT/MLT-) Full Time, Days Job Description: The Medical Laboratory Technician is responsible for performance of a wide range of laboratory testingand testing interpretation. Additionally, the position requires the ability to take assigned responsibility forquality control, instrument maintenance, instrument and department related special studies, regulatorycompliance, inventory management, and providing training and delegated competency assessment forassigned staff. The position requires moderate use of independent judgement, critical thinking andinterpretation, and a high degree of accuracy. Requirements: Associate's degree in laboratory sciences, equivalent education, or Military Training as outlinedwithin the latest version of CLIA regulations. National Certification by ASCP, AMT, AAB or equivalent required within 6 months.
