Our Total Rewards team is looking for an intern to provide support for both compensation and benefit projects and work assignments. Come join our dynamic and dedicated teams where you will contribute to work that will have a great impact on the organization!

You will:

• Learn about compensation and benefit programs, policies, and practices
• Assist with projects and/or work assignments to improve current processes and practices within the compensation and benefit teams you will support
  
• Leverage analytical and research skills to understand current external market challenges and summarize information for use in the business decision making process

We are looking for candidates with:

• Interest in Human Resources, specifically Compensation and Benefits program
• Strong communication (written, verbal, technical) skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and drive pace
• Organizational skills and is detail oriented

Internship Program Eligibility: To be eligible for an internship, candidates must be in an undergraduate or post-graduate program with a graduation date of August 2025 or later.

What You Can Expect:

• Dates of internship: May 19, 2025 - August 1, 2025
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 38.75 hours per week
• Due to the short duration of the summer program, it is an expectation that hired interns will be available for the duration of the summer internship with little to no disruption in work schedule.
• Hourly Rate: $22.00/hour. In addition, selected interns will be eligible for a $2,000 stipend (minus applicable taxes)!
• Location: This position will be in a hybrid work environment located in Bloomington, IL.
• Selected interns should plan to spend time working from home and some time working in the office as part of our hybrid work environment. Please note that relocation benefits will not apply.
