Summary Director Identity Management The Director, Identity and Access Management (IAM) is responsible for overseeing Identity Management and ensuring that digital identities and access controls across the organization are secure, efficient, and compliant with regulatory requirements. This role provides overall leadership for operations, cost optimization, innovation, risk management and mitigation, efficiency improvements, and updates to standards and procedures. This position requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of IAM requirements. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Strategic leadership and management:
Recommend and implement the IAM strategy aligned with the company's business goals and legal requirements.

Minimum Qualifications (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Field of Study/Area of Experience: Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field.
