As aUnified CommunicationsAdministrator IIyou will:

• Workin a team providing standardized solutions based on Cisco network equipment around the country and internationally.

A week in the life of aUnified CommunicationsAdministrator II:

• Resolve Unified Communications user incidents and requests, to include operational voice and video challenges.
• Resolve issues with vendor-specific multi-level video teleconferencing systems.
• Manage UC endpoints.
• Complete moves/adds/changes according to the specified SLAs.
• Provide weekly report activities to the manager.
• Assistwith the installation of local and/or remote data and voice communications equipment.
• Create and maintainappropriate documentation, including operational instructions.
• Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers' expectations.
• Actively involved in hardware refreshes.
• Maintains security policies on UCS systems

• Active TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility
• Bachelor's degree in STEM fieldwith2+ years of experience
• DoD 8570 IAT Level ICertification or higher (e.g., A+ ce,CCNA-Security,CND,Network+ ce, or SSCP)
• Acquire a DoD 8570 Computing Environment certifications within 6 months of hire (e.g., Cisco CCNA Voice or equivalent certification.)
• Experience with Cisco VTC codecs, Cisco VoIP endpoints, Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM) version 11.5 or later, and Cisco Telepresence Management Server.
• Ability, on occasion, to provide customer support outside normal duty hours.
• Must be open to 10% annual travel and possess a valid US driver's license.

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is $110,000-$120,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
