If so, then we are looking for you! Georgia-Pacific is currently recruiting for a Document Management and Project Solutions Lead to join our Project and Engineering Center of Excellence.

This role will require 50% travel throughout the Southeast as well as travel to the Atlanta, GA and Green Bay, WI offices.

Our Team

The successful candidate will have experience leading the development and execution of document management solutions, both for digital and print media, as well as a customer-focused mentality. This role will create value for the organization by developing and delivering a comprehensive documentation management strategy for technical records and through supporting on-going requests for technical information from within the Corporate Engineering team and local production facilities. This role will require occasional domestic travel to production sites.

What You Will Do
* Lead the creative destruction and re-invention of GP Projects Document Control Process
* Partner with engineering leaders to develop and deliver a comprehensive document and technical solution for digital and hardcopy files that enables efficient review and retrieval.
* Manage and own project templates in ACC to simplify and enhance project execution by connecting project templates with key deliverables and examples of what good looks like.
* Perform functions as Project Manager for the overall ACC development and deployment.
* Partner with integration teams to manage change in information systems.
* Partner with Project Managers on key strategic projects to ensure project information sharing is effective. A key indicator that information sharing is effective will be feedback from the project team and ability to pull the right information the first time.
* Coordinating part time resources and communicating with those partners to execute project scope.
* Maintain knowledge of relevant technical solutions related to record management and provide input to the organization when investing in solutions that create long-term value
* Support project managers and other project stakeholders in the preparation, submission, and retrieval of project documents and records, and provide training and guidance on document management best practices and procedures.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Document Control Expertise, including development of a new process and implementations
* Leadership experience
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point
* Experience with software tools for team collaboration and documentation management; (i.e. ACC, Procore, Acconnex, InEight, Kahua etc)
* Able and willing to travel 50% of the time

What Will Put You Ahead
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Library/ Information Science, Engineering, or Project Management
* Experience leading the deployment and or managing Autodesk ACC software (has run Kanband or sprints)
* Three (3) or more years' experience providing record management support in a technical or manufacturing organization
* Experience in implementing a record management system from the ground up
* Experience managing equipment documentation; drawings, spare parts, standard procedures, etc.

For this role, we anticipate paying $100k - $140k per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
