Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our customer in Dallas, TX. Interested? Here is what you would do: Support production and engineering on testing various semiconductor components. Read operation instructions and specifications. Work from assembly schematics and engineer's drawings. Interpret and follow documents such as SOPs and safety rules. Provide routine technical support to production and engineering on standard components, devices, material, products, processes and/or equipment. Testing, modifying, reworking, repairing, and building electronic, optical or mechanical assemblies. Work from standard wiring and assembly drawings, operation sheets, engineering specifications and sketches Interpret and follow documents such as SOPs and safety rules. Produce quality work to prescribed standards, with a focus on continuous improvement to meet customer commitments on schedule, within budget and to SPC standard practices. Recognize, communicate, and respond to process deviations and help identify root cause and corrective actions. Perform standard testing processes on a variety of equipment and recording results. Job Requirements Here is what requirements you will need: High School Diploma or GED. 1 year experience handling small delicate components, using ESD practices. 1 year of basic knowledge and understanding of automated and semi-automated test equipment. 1 year experience with final test /acceptance test. 1 year experience in the use of various computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). 1 year of testing experience in a manufacturing environment. Here is what sets you apart from other candidates that our clients prefer: Associate degree. Strong decision-making and leadership skills. Experience handling safe chemicals. Experience with MES Good mechanical skills. Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
