Are you a dedicated Clinical Dietitian passionate about helping children recover and thrive? Join our Pediatric Post-Acute Care team, where youll play a crucial role in optimizing nutrition for young patients transitioning from hospital to home.

Develop Personalized Nutrition Plans Create specialized nutrition interventions that support growth, motor development, communication, and overall recovery for pediatric patients.

Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams Work closely with physicians, therapists, and healthcare teams to integrate nutrition into comprehensive post-acute care.

Ensure High-Quality Nutrition Services Align care with JCAHO, AHCA, and HCFA standards while promoting best practices in food safety and sanitation.

Support Pediatric Recovery & Rehabilitation Assist children facing complex medical conditions, ensuring their nutritional needs are met throughout their recovery journey.

Educate & Empower Families Provide parents and caregivers with the knowledge and tools to support long-term nutrition and wellness at home.
