Apply Now > Save Job Job Saved With limited guidance in a team environment, responsible for performing a variety of product support duties of a complex nature following procedures and processes in some of the following functions: raw stock, parts identification and inspection, receiving, stock handling, clean operations, etc. Are you ready to shape a brighter future? Your day-to-day / What we are expecting from you / Your responsibilities RAW STOCK Receive incoming raw stock and verify material against documentation for identification and accuracy of quantity. Help move raw material to the proper location. Identify and code raw material. Issue jobs per schedule and update shop floor and MRP system. Maintain minimum/maximum raw stock requirements. Coordinate the storage, handling, receiving and inventory procedures. Requisition raw material per work order requirements. PARTS IDENTIFICATION AND INSPECTION: Identify parts using the proper identification methods and equipment indicated by the traveller and/or blueprint. Lay out exact dimensions and locations on the parts for identification markings. Perform set up of equipment. Report critical shortages to appropriate organizations. Review traveller or other appropriate documents to determine if the instructions are appropriate. Maintain an accurate serialized record. Maintain the equipment and supplies necessary to accomplish assigned responsibilities. Prepare parts and/or materials and complete the necessary paperwork. RECEIVING: Receive shipments and forward materials to the appropriate team. Check count of incoming/outbound parts or materials. Perform data input to update system records and verify all documents for completeness and accuracy. If required, help troubleshoot and diagnose problems. CLEAN OPERATIONS: Using various cleaning and degreasing methods, clean and remove oil and contamination from parts and equipment according to proper procedures and specifications. Maintain cleaning solutions in the equipment. Oil parts to prevent rust and corrosion. Mix required concentrations of cleaning fluids. Observe all safety rules and regulations and maintain work area in a neat and orderly condition. Perform other related responsibilities. Who we are looking for
