Position Overview: The International Crane Foundation is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition and Employee Administration Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will manage the recruitment and employee onboarding processes to ensure our workforce is both talented and aligned with our mission and values. Responsibilities include overseeing US-based recruiting and new hire setup, conducting administrative orientations, and coordinating program overviews and regular check-ins to introduce new staff to ICF's mission and culture and to foster ongoing support and engagement. The salary range is $55,000 - $59,000. You will have the chance to work alongside dedicated individuals who are passionate about making a difference. The position is hybrid with most weeks being 2-3 days on campus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of proven experience in the recruitment of staff, including advertising, application screening, and conducting interviews; needs to be able to advise hiring managers on best practices
  • Professional Human Resource designation (PHR or SHRM-CP) preferred
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now HRIS preferred
  • Not-for-profit experience preferred
