Position Summary The Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist is responsible for customer inquiries, associate inquiries, loan disbursements, and general correction activities. Duties & Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries both by phone and mail Respond to internal customer inquiries via nCino Transaction Tasks Process loan payments Complete file maintenance Maintain positive relationships with multiple lenders and support staff NSF/return payment processing Process returned mail and any subsequent address changes Set up and maintenance of automatic payments Respond to department emails Assist other areas and special projects as needed Where applicable, Manager may determine a Team Lead designation (Commercial Loan Transaction Specialist Team Lead) Education & Experience Knowledge of: Strong oral and written communication skills Basic accounting principles Ability to: Multi-task and work independently Perform duties under frequent time pressures Solve problems independently while applying logic and discretion Education and Training: Requires High School diploma; higher education preferred Experience with lending preferred Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office
