As a Site Director (Site Coordinator) for the Plaistow YMCA After School program, you will helpensure the care, safety, and well-being ofelementary-aged children through on-site supervision, staff management, and consistent and effective communication, while overseeing a daily schedule of engaging activities. As part of a two-site program and growing with a licensed capacity of over 100 children, this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a mission-driven organization of amazing impact.On a regular day,you will provide supportive coaching and guidance to staff and students, ensure licensed childcare compliance, carry out administrative duties, maintain the site space and program resources, andbuildstrong relationships withparents and school district partners.This role entails offering direct oversight and service to site in Plaistow NH and Newton NH, alongside undertaking additional administrative responsibilities crucial to bolstering our expanding program.

You have experience working with youthfromdiverse backgrounds and have knowledge of local state licensing regulations for childcare programs. Youcommunicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. You can workboth independently and as part of a highly collaborative team.
