Urology Faculty - Director of Prostate Cancer Opportunity at UMass, Worcester, MA

UMass Memorial Medical Group is currently seeking a board-certified/board-eligible urologist with fellowship training and special interests in the management of men with prostate cancer. We welcome and support physician caregivers from all Academic Ranks to apply and join us in our relentless pursuit of healing.

The Department of Urology offers physicians an extraordinary opportunity to work in a high volume academic surgical practice.The chosen candidates will receive a highly competitive compensation/benefits package and an academic appointment commensurate with experience and training. Clinical, basic, translational, and health-related quality research opportunities are extensive in this stimulating and collegial academic environment.

Successful candidates will have:

  • Expertise and fellowship training in prostate cancer surgery and patient management
  • Ability to initiate and incorporate novel surgical approaches to prostate cancer care
  • Dedication to prostate cancer research (clinical, translational, or basic)
  • A strong commitment to excellence in patient care and teaching
  • A desire for a high-volume, academic practice
  • An academic appointment commensurate with experience and training
