We are currently seeking a Medicaid Program Manager to join our team in Kapolei, Hawaii (US-HI), United States (US).

We are currently seeking Business Consulting Associate Director to lead a team of 10 - 15 people, working with the client and other vendors to establish a health analytics program for a state health care agency. You will work with an internal team that provides program management offices services and another that performs data governance and data management for the health analytics program design, development and implementation.

The Program Manager will be a key point of contact, working closely with the state and other partner staff, acting as the trusted partner responsible for the execution of program management activities. You are accountable for client-facing delivery and achievement of client satisfaction - playing a central role in understanding the client's business problems/issues. The successful candidate is responsible for internal project management and reporting as well as achieving financial and corporate objectives. This position will report to the client partner.

Job Responsibilities Include:

The candidate will work as a member of the leadership team. As the Program Manager, you will be responsible the overall success and timeliness of the program.
*Advise client on appropriate course of action in day-to-day and strategic planning
*Oversee PMO process execution, improvements, reporting and metrics
*Identify and address PMO process revisions
*Ensure timely invoice processing
*Support of CMS APD planning and updates
*Provide team member feedback, workload assignments, and staffing planning
*Work with leadership and project management within project structure to resolve issues and maintain team performance
*Conduct and facilitate program office and team meetings on a regular basis
*Communicate program status, progress, risk, issues and decisions
*Escalate issues and identify solutions to maintain effective program execution

Required Qualifications:

*10+ years of operational or DDI management experience working with State Medicaid Programs
*6+ years of experience in client relationship management
*5+ years in PMO or PM management experience
*5+ years of experience using Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and SharePoint)
*Bachelor's degree in relevant field or additional 4 years work experience

Preferred Skills:

*Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), strong organizational and time management skills, ability to lead and coach a cross functional team
*PMP certification
*Experience with clients in developing program processes relative to program management
*Experience researching Federal and State regulations

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $124,166 - $175,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
